Circle Calculator Terms of Use

These terms explain the Circle Calculator product and purchase rules. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or the rights provided by Apple, Google, or the store through which you obtained the app.

1. The Service

Circle Calculator provides circle, geometry, conversion, and workshop-oriented calculation tools, diagrams, formulas, locally saved history, and user-initiated exports. Some calculations are designed to work offline. Features may differ by platform, app version, region, and Free or Pro access.

2. Calculation Accuracy and Professional Use

We work to provide accurate formulas and outputs, but the app may contain errors and cannot account for every material, tolerance, standard, installation condition, or project requirement. Results, diagrams, templates, coordinates, and exported files are informational tools—not engineering, machining, construction, safety, legal, or other licensed professional advice.

Verify safety-critical and production-critical results independently before use.
Confirm units, tolerances, material properties, source standards, printer scale, and machine settings.
Use the current governing standard and qualified professional review where required.

You remain responsible for decisions, fabrication, installation, purchases, and work performed using app results.

3. Free and Pro Access

The Free experience may include advertisements. Pro may provide an ad-free workspace, additional professional tools, expanded history or workspace limits, and supported export capabilities. The exact benefits shown inside the app and in the store at the time of purchase control.

4. Subscription Plans and Store Trials

Weekly, Monthly, and Annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. The purchase sheet displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play shows the localized price, billing period, eligibility, and any free-trial terms before you confirm. Current intended eligible-user offers are 7 days for Weekly, 7 days for Monthly, and 14 days for Annual, but availability is determined by the store and your account eligibility.

After an eligible trial, the subscription renews at the price shown by the store unless cancelled within the store's stated deadline. Trials are generally limited by store account and subscription-group eligibility. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Lifetime Purchase and Pro Preview

Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the supported Circle Calculator Pro entitlement. It is not an auto-renewable subscription and has no recurring renewal. The app may offer a one-time 7-day Pro Preview before purchase. This Preview is managed by the app, creates no store subscription, and does not charge you automatically.

“Lifetime” means access for the commercially supported lifetime of this app and entitlement, subject to store availability, platform compatibility, lawful operation, and these terms. It does not promise that every future service, third-party cost, or separately introduced product will be included.

6. Billing, Cancellation, Restore, and Refunds

Apple or Google processes payments; we do not receive your complete payment-card details. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your store account. Use Restore Purchases in the app when needed. Refund decisions are handled by the store under its rules and applicable law.

7. Advertising, Privacy, and Local Content

Advertising and purchase providers may process limited device, advertising, purchase, and diagnostic information as described in our Privacy Policy. Calculation values, results, history, project notes, and export contents are intended to remain local unless you choose to share or export them. You are responsible for backups and for reviewing content before sharing it.

8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the app for lawful personal, educational, and professional work. You may not interfere with the service, bypass purchase controls, distribute unauthorized copies, misuse branding, or use the app in a way that violates law or third-party rights. The app, branding, and original interface content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

9. Availability and Changes

We may fix, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features to maintain security, accuracy, compatibility, or product viability. We may update these terms for material product or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on unverified calculations or exports. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Platform Terms

Your use is also subject to the applicable store terms, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable and the Google Play Terms of Service.
