Hisn — Support

Hisn — Daily Adhkar Shield helps you keep up with your morning and evening adhkar (remembrances of Allah). You can optionally block distracting apps on your own device until you complete your adhkar, view prayer times, and find the Qibla direction.

Hisn offers an optional Premium subscription (weekly or monthly) that unlocks additional features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Open Hisn, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If your Premium status doesn't restore, email us at dmr@dmrio.com.

Location is used only to calculate accurate prayer times and the Qibla direction for your area. It is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers. You can grant or decline this in the system prompt, and change it anytime in iOS Settings → Hisn → Location.

App blocking is an optional, self-control feature. Using Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework, you choose which of your own apps to pause until you finish your adhkar. Hisn cannot see which apps you pick — the selection stays private on your device. You can turn blocking off at any time in Settings → App Blocking.

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Hisn → Notifications, and that your morning/evening schedule is turned on in the app's Settings. If reminders still don't appear, contact us.

Hisn is built to respect your privacy. Your adhkar progress, app-blocking selection, and location are handled on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Deleting Hisn from your device removes its on-device data. To cancel an active subscription first, use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For any further request, email dmr@dmrio.com.
